I LOVE kimchi as long as it doesn't have fish sauce in it. Good stuff!

One of my neighbors made a bunch of it and gave me some. I'm a little sketched out because of the whole fermentation thing, but maybe I'll try to be brave about it and take the leap.

No doubt. I've definitely played that way but don't prefer it. The person lucky enough to hit it almost always wins. I prefer to do more wheeling and dealing. Not doing it makes the game take longer.
