Getting a new roof today. It's raining shingles in all sides now.

We had ours done the day after Christmas a couple years ago. Woke up to what sounded like our house being bombed.

Debating selling off some mags and ammo and picking one up and then this pops up. Maybe it's a sign? Was working out a trade for a 107FR triangle folder but apparently my stuff was poop and his was gold

Iunno. It's a good price (esp in pandemic market) but I was never a fan of the full size Draco

Brace tranforms the Draco.
I had one. Brace made all the difference.

The roof insurance thing is BS. People now expect free roofs via insurance. We all end up paying for it in higher premiums.

I'm salty I guess as half the houses in our sub got "free" roofs while apparently my house sitting where it does it received no damage per All-State. Heck yeah, I paid cash @Shemp!

Still have to pay the deductible so it's not "free" per se. Significant portion is covered by insurance. Likely moving in the next year anyways so the expenditure can be recaptured on sale.

I just think the entire industry is shady. Companies that specialize in getting your roof approved thru insurance.
