Coaching my son's baseball team this Spring. Because of cold last week and rain this week we've had zero practices so far. We're going to be an interesting team with no practice and many boys who've never played.

Same boat here. My oldest (12U) got in 2 practices and the rest have been rained out. My younger boy (9u) has yet to practice, keeps getting cancelled. Luckily the team manager for our 12U team has a indoor batting cage at his gun shop so at least we'll be hitting good! Heading there again this evening.
First game is on the 14th so going to be interesting.

My son told me yesterday for practice they threw the shot inside the school. Apparently they have a rubber shot that won't dent the floor. He's out of luck with the discus though...other son gets to run in the rain.
