Wrapped in plastic? That looks like Croatian mags. You can find them for that much elsewhere later.

Nah Croatian mags only have two horizontal bars on the bottom, like the Chinese. That's the dead giveaway.
Third horizontal rib wrapping around likely means surplus. Could be Bulgy commercial steel though.

I could not see details on my phone. I am actually in my gun room looking for Bulgy commercial mags, because some of them I got were in plastic too.

Yes, but only to clean off remaining cosmoline and oils when I get thru building a gun. Depending on the finish it may take it off.
