Not me. Partly cause I’m at work. But even I wasn’t, I’m still doing well. Cut the ambien intake to 1.5 a night. Takes longer to fall asleep, but it works so far. Have to eat dinner earlier otherwise the medicine won’t work and I’ll have to take more. No urge to drink alcohol either.
