How to clean mags:

I like WD40. Mineral spirits for really bad Cosmo.

3x uses diesel. I think he wants to burn his house down.

KGB uses the blood of his enemies.

I can't stand cleaning mags honestly and dealing with rust is just not worth it so that's why I'd stay away from grade 3. You could get lucky though.

Blood of my enemies is 90% rubbing alcohol. I then use tears of virgins (known as leftover 0w-20 synthetic engine oil) to lightly lub the mags and put them away for deep storage.
