Old company yoinked my bonus since I'm leaving. I worked 247 of the 252 business days in 2020 (PTO not in this calc since that's in muh paperwork).

Texted my bosses' boss and I'm sure I'm gonna get "iTs JuSt BuSiNeSs"

My courtesy 2 weeks ends next Wednesday but looks like it may be tomorrow depending on his response.

Gonna hit them with the "iTs JuSt BuSiNeSs" right back.

Just got a set of Nitto Ridge Grapplers put on today. Decided that was a good compromise between the MT's I wanted and the AT's that I probably really needed. Was going back and forth between those or Goodyear Duratrac's but the Nitto's got better reviews.

Yep. No bonus, no work. Bonus is based on the work you have put in already.
If there are any rules governing bonuses (like profit sharing), I would file with the Labor department, complaining about non-paid wages.

I do it to a lot of stuff, takes a little practice to get even coverage if you want it to look stained but once you get it right it looks really good.
