That price is the one with the optic already? The optic alone is several hundred dollars, of course you could get a railed one and use your own optic.
I think I paid $1600 for my railed one. Then again, you'd be back at square one if you're like me...I can't put a cheap optic on an expensive rifle. Like putting Pep Boys tires on a Ferrari...
