I suspect you still have an insurable interest in the property? Make sure your policy is in effect and "live" in it a day every month. (There are wonky rules concerning vacancy, abandonment, etc., which affects coverage.)

Yeah...that tends to happen. Dude with the pits of rattlesnakes was smoked in his trailer by the cops, and dude that had claymores on his property. Was arrested after telling the cops to follow a certain map, when one didn’t and got blown up. Dude said “told you guys to follow the map, I can’t help you can’t follow orders” died in prison. What a PITA the trigger packs are on these Scorpions. New pistol grip, trigger shoe, trigger springs, charging handle and right side mini "AK style" safety installed...

I hated the factory ambi safety on mine. It wasn't comfortable to shoot with.
The left side is very ARish, the right side digs into your fucking trigger finger and is uncomfortable as hell.
