They said that if the closing takes much longer, they can fine or charge a fee to the buyer for the delay. I'm conflicted. I don't think it's her fault but on the other hand the threat of SOMEBODY paying out for the delay should hopefully get some fires LIT! It needs to happen. We have been under contract since August 14.

For off the shelf suplements take MSM with glucosamine. Krill oil helps with triglicerydes and LDL cholesterol, not joints. Good stuff, but not for joints
For a major step up from MSM take Formutech's Flexible Joint. My wife and I take Flexible. (I have a bad back and elbow joints). Flexible and tumeric with black pepper are the only things that work.
