I've never had an issue with PSA customer service. With that said, they have been selling a metric crap ton of stuff the past few month (like everyone else) so they are no doubt up to their eyeballs with orders etc. Not making excuses but I'm am sure you are in line, but a very long line. And that sounds like a "Sig" problem that they will have to reach back to them for assistance. I'd almost give Sig a call and tell them you bought a new gun and it was missing something. I bet they would take care of you.

I contacted Sig assuming they'd just send a new mag lip, nope. They want me to send back the magazine on MY dime etc.
