Someone school me on shotguns. Mainly AR uppers. I can't get a short .410 AR upper even if I put it on a pistol lower bc a smoothbore less than 18.5" or some crap is still considered NFA bc it isn't rifled?

I've never had an issue with PSA customer service. With that said, they have been selling a metric crap ton of stuff the past few month (like everyone else) so they are no doubt up to their eyeballs with orders etc. Not making excuses but I'm am sure you are in line, but a very long line. And that sounds like a "Sig" problem that they will have to reach back to them for assistance. I'd almost give Sig a call and tell them you bought a new gun and it was missing something. I bet they would take care of you.

I agree. Bypass PSA and reach out to the manf. Cut out the middle man

You’re good. Use a virgin lower, won’t be a pistol because it’s a smooth bore, won’t be a shotgun because it never had a stock, follow same rules as shockwave and keep your OAL over 26” so it doesn’t fall into AOW world

You’re gonna need to chop the barrel to around 12” or so give or take. Or chop shorter and pin and weld a muzzle device...

Yes. And that’s why I no longer do business with them.
The only thing worse than their customer service is their lowers, and parts.
