More than one may be needed. With her quitting work, she’s cooking a whole lot more, and has started baking bread. And the steak knives we have now are shit. Kinda wanted something that had a few different blades for different tasks. Definitely need a bread knife.

They have the reinforced feed lips and some steel lining under the polymer. Don’t think they have the reinforced locking lugs but that’s okay with me
Odd that you mention Chicago. Probably the best pizza I ever had was at some place at O’hare airport back in 2001 and I waited in line a second time to get another during a layover
