Ive been married less than 5 days, misplaced my ring twice and officially lost it on Sunday.

Told her I’m not good with jewelry

I lost mine last month, had it for 13 years and wore it all the time. Was wakeboarding and just as I was about to jump in the water I remembered to take it off and handed it to my son to hold. When we got back to the dock I had him hand me my stuff and a couple minutes later realized I didn't have it. He said he put it in my hat so my guess is it fell out into the water as I went from the boat to the dock? We tried to find it but no luck. Have not been able to find a replacement I like yet so been without one for a month, feels weird to me now.

well i think we are close to done on teh house . . . for now.

So far this year i've torn out the carpet and laid down new flooring, painted the entire outside of the house and most of the inside, changed out all of the windows, repaired the roof until i can get it replaced, installed some in wall heaters for upcoming winter, put up a new to us door and painted it, bought all new furniture for most of the house .. . . . . . my wallet is done and crying like a domestic abuse victim.

I was going to get our old screw in fuse box replaced for a breaker box but the cost was huge to bring everything up to code so now i think its just going to be done by friend of the family whos an electrician and can hopefully all be done on the down low.

so might be starting to peak my head around these parts a little more now.

now that house stuff is done its time to either buy a ps90 or finally take the plunge and get my first suppressor

Terrible time to buy anything gun related lol, but I think it's only going to get worse

yah, thankfully from what i've seen some of the more niche stuff hasnt really exploded like ammo and more common stuff. i've still seen a few going for around 1300-1400 on auctions which is what i think they were around a year ago. i just missed a gen 1 for 1700 with some extras about a week ago that im kicking myself for. not sure what suppressor prices have done as i've never really followed them.

I picked up the guns today, both appear to be unfired and the actions are super clean! Put the leupold on the ptr cause it’s the nicest optic I have. Not toes from me in this one so I thought the cat feet would suffice :flame:

First time you take the bolt out of the bolt carrier on the PTR, it is a pain to put it back in. Do not do it, unless you have an hour to waste putting it together.
Blast it clean with brake cleaner. Let it dry. Apply grease to the rollers, they will lube the locking piece.

I really appreciate it, I saved this so I avoid the unnecessary trouble when I have to clean it the first time
