Well I guess the storage building is a no-go. Covenants say the building has to match the house. Full brick house, full brick storage building. Probably drop $15-$20K easy.

Plan B. Gotta find some space for a back patio with a lean-to type roof and a little storage closet. That will hold my mowers and my yard tools.
