I won't risk it. They do random checks and road blocks here. I know 2 ppl personally who have been arrested. I think I actually know 3 but I can't remember the 3rd one offhand. One for a pellet gun and one for a pocket knife.

I bought an entire demilled charter and swapped out some small parts, mostly trying to learn a bit on how to work on wheel guns on the rat rod, you can have all the spares I either swapped or didn’t use maybe you can fix someone else’s if they ever need it with some of the parts or damn near build an entire new one. I think I decided to keep the ghetto grips you gave me with it over the altamonts lol they seem more appropriate
Yeah, bringing a weapon on base is a very Bad idea. You are one random gate check away from being arrested and it happens. I've been checked several times myself over the years.

I went to my car at lunch one day and realized I had my 1911 and 4 extra mags in the door pocket. I went back inside and told my supervisor I needed to leave ASAP. I knew there wasn't a roadblock between me and the gate at that moment but they might have decided to do one before I got off work. I wasn't going to chance it.
