Ok, so the Polish folder arrived, and I’m all excited to put it in, BUT...

There’s a plum plastic stock in the way.
I removed both screws, and have gone from light taps with a small brass hammer to wailing on it with a 24oz dead low hammer. It has moved less than 1/16”.

I’m about to break this fucker off and melt the end out with a heat gun.
WTF????

They’re not so bad, not as bad as Fiats and late model BMWs (dealing with a few 2017-up M5/M6s with blown motors, stock, not even tuned at 60-70k miles!)

I've had 3 new BMWs. 2 were good but the one that stayed in the shop was enough to turn me off them for a minute. I was gearing up for an M3 or an M4 but if I would have paid that money to have a car sit in the shop constantly, I'd have been beyond livid. Went back to the Mustang, I can work on it and afford the parts after the warranty goes out.

Electric Blue Ram is next on the list. Found one that's the size I need, I just haven't had the time to go to Duluth to get it yet.

The 3.0 turbo engines in the m3/m4 and others are pretty good. The 4.4 turbo engines in the M5/M6/x5m/x6m etc are shit and have been shit since back in 2011.
M3s and M4s have a few issues but overall decent. Buying a new one? Fuck no! They’re $80k-$110k depending on model, and they depreciate like crazy since BMW is making a lot of them (Look at all mass produced BMW M cars, not worth It)
At $80k-$110k there are much better investments, new or used:
Mustang GT350R
997 Turbo and 991 Turbo (used)
997 GT3
Mercedes E63S wagon 2018-2019 (best all purpose car for the money)
Audi RS7
And you can still get a 996 Turbo for around $50k
