Have a property with a ton of pear trees, persimmon, grapes, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries that haven’t been cared for in years so they don’t produce anywhere near what they should. Need to hire some people. For now it’s mostly eaten by deer, raccoons, and birds.
Looking at some properties further north that are around 90% black locust (people here don’t take advantage of black locust honey production while having these vast forests, yes it’s a short season but big business in Europe and other areas)

Made about 12 jars of wild pear jam several years ago (trees have not been trimmed or cared for in over 20years so they make very small pears about 1.5” diameter but extremely strong flavor)

Sold the motorcycle so I'd like another fun summer recreational vehicle.

YJ have the leaf springs so that's a no go and the JK and JL have the V6 3.6L/3.8L engine so that's a no go.

The TJ hits the sweet spot of having shocks and coilovers and the inline 6 4.0L

Will it be a daily driver or just on weekends kinda thing? Only asking as they are terrible on gas, wind noise with soft top is deafening and storage space is nonexistent.

I had a 97 I daily drove while building for 2 years. Cracked hard top that leaked bad above passenger seat and was only on in winter, I ran a safari bikini for 10 months with soft uppers. Once built, it rode on a trailer everywhere.

Was a blast in my 20’s. Just don’t see the appeal now.

I did have an 09 2 door with the 3.8.... turd. But most of that was due to the 3.31 gears in axle.
The 3.6 is much more peppier.

You have to spray apple trees. Alternate copper and Eagle 20W
