The long rivet gives a lot of peopke problems. Usually they are to long to begin with.

@Rabbit2047 dont know how 2R does it, but here’s what theirs look like. Yours is nicer than I could ever try and do I’ve never riveted shitttttt I think yours look good compared to a couple of my buddies attempts at them.

Mine should be decent.... God knows I have done enough of them over the years. Although admittedly it's been a long time since I have done it.

I have never seen 2R smush them flat before. Flat rivets are usually a sign of improper pressing.

I shouldn’t say smush that was probably the wrong term lol, I was more meaning the AKS74 type or Bulgarian type “flat head” rivets just couldn’t remember the name
