So I was talking with my 8-YO son and 4-YO daughter in the car yesterday. They were talking about going on vacation and different states. My son said that he wished we lived in New York (no idea where he got that from, but probably YouTube). I told him that if we lived in New York about 90% of the guns/gun stuff I own is illegal there. He said to me "so like you can only have your keys and your wallet and your phone?" with a flabbergasted look on his face. It was then that I realized that he doesn't see guns as just something fun that we go to the range and shoot. He thinks of guns just like we do; as an everyday thing that you take with you wherever you go. He changed his mind quick after I told him that. He said "Yeah, we can just stay in Georgia."
