noob question but what type of oil? Any gun oil or?

You can remove the followers, but 20rd mags have limiters on the inside of the feed lips. BHO will not engage the bolt with them.

So it looks like my options are:
1) alter the followers in hopes of getting them to work smoothly in mags they weren't designed for, IF I'm able to trade into some tanker mags
or
2) Just cut down the 30's to tanker mags and leave well enough alone on the followers

*side note* The spring in the Tanker is the SAME SIZE as the spring in the 30 Yugo, so I guess they don't trim them down...?

Well....maybe, but there'd be some other fitting to do, since I tested the theory and the follower jams in the body before it even reaches the limiters...

Really. I have a tiny crockpot full of it I keep on warm. 0000 steel wool, let it soak, pull it out, stick it in a cool place till it frosts over, then buff it to a high Polish.
