Basically this would be an order to enforce existing laws. Ex post facto is making someone a criminal for a prior act, where as this pertains to enforcement against prior acts.

I'm assuming @2Glocks is worried about expanding laws without going through the legislative process. For example, the EO banning bump stocks. Whether you give a shit about bump stocks or not, establishing precedents that allow going around the legislative progress fucks us all. JMHO.
