Havent been to one in years. The glory days are long gone. Thinking about what I saw at them when I was 10-12 years old makes me wish I could go back and spend every penny of my allowance money
Dude put the spare on and hunt on craigslist. I got my tires new on CL for $500. They are like 1100 retail on discount...sure they might be stolen but oh well

Dang man, sorry to hear about your troubles @Jds556762! That sucks. But I've been there before too. Earlier this year hit a pothole on the interstate and destroyed my right front tire AND wheel. Dealer said it's on backorder indefinitely and it's $2300. Car doesn't have a spare or a jack either. That's how I wound up with the new wheels. I still need to source a spare and a jack.
In the meantime, I ran across this:

I remember the shows in the mid 80's and 90's all sorts of cool stuff, like $99.00 K98's... I have the receipt for the Japanese paratrooper take down rifle from 1991, I think he paid $40.00 for it. Yeah those days are gone.

Yup I remember asking my dad to go to a show when I was about the same age and it was fascinating. I don't remember any of the prices, but this was early to mid 1990s
