i haven’t seen the work in person obviously so I cannot speak to his craftsmanship or work ethic, but I’m not gonna blame him for our fucked up ass mail system.

I bolted the shelves together, bolted them to the wall studs. Attached a sheet of 3/4 plywood to the top, painted it and then covered with galvanized steel from an old HVAC unit. Solvent resistant. My bench is L-shaped, and trying to get to that corner is a bear. That's how I know that 5' deep shelf is a no-go.
He showed me the tracking from 12 packages he shipped on the 1st with mine. 9 out of 12 say “still in transit” wow wtf. Or he got hit for a lick HARD
