He was detoured off the interstate bc of protesters. Then ran into more protesters that stopped his truck once he was in the city of St. Louis. He didn't drive off until 2 of them stepped to the passenger side with guns.

I read that they can’t cut through bone, are the somewhat brittle? Just thinking of when I split the chicken wings up you have to cut through some of the bone/joints

I got the cleaver for that purpose, but I've read the same thing. So I'm undecided. I do have some beater knives, including another cleaver, that I may use for that. I do chicken wings too, if you can get between the joints and slice, I'm sure these will be fine for that. If I'm cutting whole breasts in half, I'll probably grab a beater.

Also of the $280, $75 of that was for the sharpening stone and oil for maintenance. The knives were $100ish each but honestly they are way better than what you can get in a store even at the same price.

I've seen some on ebay and Amazon for way cheaper. I'm skeptical though, I've bought from this place before and I know what I'm getting so I just stuck with it.

10-4 good advice. Yeah it seems like a good website and a good value. If the knives are quality then around 100 ain’t bad
