I had a SCAR 17. I liked it...but even back then when you could get them for $2800 new and I got mine for $2200 I kinda didnt think it was worth it.What's a SCAR 16, $2600? I think they're at $2k right now because they're brand new. I think the BREN 805 was $1500-ish, and maybe these will settle around there. A SCAR 16 ain't all that anyway (I'll take Jordan's word for it, that's one Gucci purchase I've never made).
It's a new offering, which is pretty interesting I think.

That's what I am thinking too. Not NorK, unfortunately. Has a couple of other stamps that I cannot read. Circles on both sides of <13>.

Will wait till it drops some. Pistols have dropped in price already. I actually like the pistol versions better. Same as Galil, I like the braced pistol more than the rifle. OR get a 14" pistol, pin and weld a Surefire brake on it, to match my ARs, and then put a stock on it.
