Draco C is like just popping hole through sheet metal because the UF trunnion is in there Unmodified.
Normal Draco has UF trunnion just no holes or locking holes popped so you need a tighter jig and more time/proper bits to get through the trunnion but it IS an underfolder trunnion just not pre-holed

Ok so now that I have said SAR 1 where can I buy the gas block at and who can I get to install it and Thread the barrel for me as I want it done right.

Threading the barrel is the hardest part. I only thread barrels if I can put it on my lathe. There are other ways to do it but I am afraid of non concentric threads.

If you have a standard shop press you can easily change the gas block.
