I quit dairy 8 months ago, and feel a helluva lot better since!!Seriously though I’ve gotta end up being one healthy MFer. Like I’m not even kidding. Water, lean meats, vegetables, and fruits. Not even indulging in the dairy train.
I miss cheese, butter, ice cream, and sometimes chocolate, but I sure don’t miss having the shits at odd times, or the aches and pains in my joints. I thought I was getting early arthritis and had IBS.
