Viyan was one of the finest human beings I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.. Woman was a complete sweetheart, and absolute hell in a firefight.
Hard to believe its been 5 years since this picture about two weeks before she was killed. That's her cousin and her mother who came to visit her at our base. Her mother was so proud of her for taking time to learn English from me.
Another beautiful life tragically cut short....
