Who determines morality? This is one of those topics that's hard to explain to some, but the idea of freedom in this context, sure I think people should be free to do as they please without Govt intervention.... but when society uses freedom to do this type of crap, I view it as an abuse of freedom. as Adams put it "Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious People. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other"
GodWho determines morality?
Well duh to you and I but what about Americans who chose not to believe in God? I guess in my opinion, only speaking from a constitutional stand point, if burning man doesn’t interfere with me enjoying any of my rights or liberties or anyone else’s who is there, I’m not necessarily interested in governing it
Nah, I’ll save that sensitive shit for when I start dating again.Good I was worried you were going all sensitive on us

What about casinos?but it does. when you have a gathering that large that effects the culture negatively I would say its the civil responsibility to plea and petition them to change course. obviously the state and feds shouldn't be involved, like Adams said, the idea and principles of our constitution is solely reliant on the law of God. so it has no place in a secular culture.
I do believe it’s some straight paganism and not defending the affair in the sense of it being moral. If they were holding people against their will or abusing people or sacrificing children or essentially committing a crime against another human against their will that should be addressed.
a bunch of hippies doing Drugs praying to a false effigy? Well that’s probably the biggest example of freedom of religion I could think of, as wrong as it is to us Christians.
same thing, its up to the culture to change it, not the Govt. What about casinos?
Yeah but Adam's also pushed the Alien and Sedition Act...This is one of those topics that's hard to explain to some, but the idea of freedom in this context, sure I think people should be free to do as they please without Govt intervention.... but when society uses freedom to do this type of crap, I view it as an abuse of freedom. as Adams put it "Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious People. Man that's a dangerous line you're trying to walk...but it does. when you have a gathering that large that effects the culture negatively I would say its the civil responsibility to plea and petition them to change course. obviously the state and feds shouldn't be involved, like Adams said, the idea and principles of our constitution is solely reliant on the law of God. so it has no place in a secular culture.
