I need a waffle maker

I bought a really nice waffle maker a few years ago and got a cookbook called "Will It Waffle?" That has all types of supposedly easy recipes to make on the waffle iron. I think I made waffles twice and haven't pulled it or the cookbook out since. Those recipes were not easy. Maybe easy to cook but to make it and assemble everything it is a pain in the ass and you need a hundred different ingredients per recipe.

The Vietnamese grocery in OKC makes green waffles. Seriously, no connection to blue waffles.
They have some Pandan flavor, you can get the fancy ones with sticky rice and toasted coconut that look like tacos. Freaking delicious.
