I'd be walking around, still wearing the same clothes from 20 years ago, probably starting to look a lot like a homeless guy... still have a good job, house, etc. but probably wouldn't be taking care of myself worth a crap. Wife 2.0 fixed all those problems :)
I ripped a hole in one of my polo shirts that I wear often the other day and got really pissed about it. My wife asked why I was mad and I replied it was because I hate having to spend $35 to replace it...then she reminded me it was at least 5 years old and that I have $3,000 in just two of my rifles. They certainly give you perspective.

I too was sad when my Budweiser flip flops broke. Didn’t wanna spend $7 on more :( :(

I have my 8 yo granddaughter trained to say my paw paw is and old man and if you hurt me he is not afraid to spend the rest of his life in prison.:D
I use a variation with my grandniece who turned 15 yesterday. I get a moment alone with the guys who come around and say, "See that beautiful little girl over there?" he says, "Yes." I say, "She's my Princess, my whole world & you need to remember one thing. I have no fucking problem going back to prison." & clap him on the back & walk away.

See... problem is, I'd just keep wearing it. And it the hole was too big, I'd do a poor job of stitching it up... and keep wearing it. I have 20 year old shirts in my closet- but I catch a look from my wife if I'm wearing one. Although some did become shop rags recently.

I'm practicing my gut instinct on AK's:
Decent deal on this, furniture makes it fair?

Guns are more importanter than clothes.

In today's market, fair. A year ago it was an $800 gun. $700 2 years ago. Straight cut makes it more desirable.
I would offer $850 to start with.

Had to run out and decided to swing by Sam's club to pick up a few things while I was in the neighborhood. They are only letting a few people in at a time and the line was all the way around the parking lot. Crazy. I did a u-turn and went on my way. With this "shelter in place" order coming people are starting to freak out now.....

Buddy of mine texted pics of the lines at Costco in Marietta.
