On a related note, got a call yesterday that a coworker and I scanned a patient a few weeks ago who just got tested positive for covid19. They weren't under any precautions 2 weeks ago...and they've been in the hospital the whole time.

Once we were no longer on the gold standard, that was the beginning of the end. Kinda surprised it has taken this long.
