What’s the purpose of this gun after you chop the barrel? CQB only?
Just asking because depending on how much you chop, won’t the ballistics drop along with the accuracy at distance?
So that’ll relegate it to being practically a pistol, which you already have in that caliber...

So if this is roughly the same as 5.7, and you’re going from 16” to 10”, you’ll only lose about 100-180fps, depending on your load.
Then you gotta determine if that critically changes the performance of the bullet, and if this is all worthwhile for a 6” shorter barrel and the hassle and wait.

Also the 5.7 handgun is like a 4.5” barrel I think and the SBR is 10.5” so I’ll definitely put it in a different world than the Pistol. You loose like 400+ FPS moving to the handgun from the rifle that’s a big boy loss

Question for those that have gotten a speeding ticket. Got one a couple weeks ago (only second ticket in almost 40 years of driving).

What is the best avenue to get the points reduced? I'll pay the fee but really don't want the points and my insurance going up. Think that will be more $ in the end then just paying the ticket. I have a court date (if I choose to use it) in April. Do I go and plead no contest? Fight it(I think that's a losing battle)

Any advise would be appreciated.

That’ll be fun too trust me. It’s amazing what happens when you think you’re zero and then you go outdoors and you’re scratching your head. Trust me I’ve been there. Different times of year too it can be maddening. But, I also think we have our good and bad range days too. Have had those too. But in the end there’s no such thing as a bad range day.
