I don’t know if I can put up with the corporate bullshit anymore.
Good luck not finding it elsewhere

And I'm on the other end of that spectrum.

Super private, individual owned and tyranny. And I get frustrated at a lack of systems.

90% of the stuff that goes on in my office would get you fired if there was such a thing as HR over here.

While the grass can look greener, we're both looking for a middle ground sounds like.

Combine yours and PB's workplace and that's pretty much where I'm at.

Literally explains it all. So much BS with the way the company functions right now. My nurses call out and nothings done about then I have to listen to the parents bitch about not having a nurse for their medically fragile kid. Then nurses LIE!!!!

My job is awesome except for the fact I only make ~1800ish a month.
So for me I make great money BUT my sanity is more important than anything. Job is stressful and unrewarding for me. It’s just a stepping stone for me that’s all I ever looked at it as anyway.

Edit: it’s rewarding at time when you can actually help a kid live a normal life or even basically keep them alive, allowing parents to work, and be stress free. It’s been more unrewarding than rewarding for me.
