11 year old, 90+ lb German Shepherd here. Lives in the house with us, I raised him from a pup so, he doesn't get on the couch or in the bed or on other furniture. Fed 2X/day. Only people food he has access to is if something is dropped on the floor. Seriously, the kids in the family have left plates of pizza on the coffee table & come back & it's all still there. They're stunned because the dogs at their house are all over everything & counter surf for food while dinner is being prepared. I've explained to them that my dog can only do that if he starts pulling in a paycheck. What is the next level of dogs in the house? Do people have "Dog Bedrooms" for their dogs? Is there a place at the table for them? Do they have their own bath room? Can they use a remote or a phone? Do they have access to the refrigerator like you do? I am still getting over the fact that a lot of people sleep with a medium to large breed dog in their bed and there are no rules for the dog in the house.
Please wait until I win the lottery. My dad & both his brothers carried Garands in combat in WWII. Dad in the Pacific island hopping & his brothers in Europe. Selling my Garand was one of the hardest things I did, but with my wife's health issues, I could hear my dad in my head saying, "Taking care of living family members is a man's most important job." I will neither confirm not deny that tears were shed at that time.I have a Garand I am debating on selling. Red River rearsenaled, 1943 build, Springfield. I do not enjoy shooting it and am keeping it just for the historical value.
Have a case of PPU Garand ammo for it too.
Always thought it was an empty cylinder indicator. I’m not sure reallyAre these plastic rings that these wheelguns come with for dry firing without having to worry about snap caps? Really want to do some dry fire practice with my son before I take him to the range.
