I do not have any 45ACP or 300BO chambered guns. Should I stock up on some ammo, in case I buy something later in those calibers?
SA 1911 is made in Brazil IIRC.

This is correct... as a matter of fact, if you were to buy a RI .45 acp pistol it would be made on WWII machinery that they used during the war.
Are you going to suppress an 7.5" AR pistol? That's the only reason to use 300BO in my opinion.
45 aarp is a good solid round, even if outdated fuddery.
Plus if you shoot someone with it it kills there soul
