You cannot take it out anymore, bottom tray with the ice and corkscrew is all you can pull out, I stuck a hair dryer in there and aimed it in the top left corner, so it would get blasted over everything. Put your arm in, feel above the sensor bar, inside the tray and you I bet you can feel frozen ice in there.
PS if you can feel frozen ice vubes, point the hair dryer at them. Them are stoping the tray from being dumped.

There were partially frozen cubes in the tray as you'd expect I guess. I melted them all with a hairdryer and plugged the fridge back in. Fingers crossed!
