Clogged filter seems like the prime suspect but you seem like someone who would stay on top of that.

Yeah I replaced the filter first. Water is coming out just fine from the dispenser so I don't think the water supply is a problem.

Supply is the most likely source so if it's not that then you have a mechanical problem of some sort?
