unfortunately comcast/xfiniti is the fastest available for me, so I use them.
The last service call I had, and I am not joking or stretching the story, the guy on the phone seemed legitimately mentally retarded. The guy would repeat himself 4 or 5 times in a row, put me on hold every couple of minutes, would come back and ask for the same info multiple times, and never resolved the issue. He would say " im going to put you on hold for a moment, please dont hang up. OK? i will be right back. dont hang up, stay on the phone. I will be back soon. OK? it will be just a minute, dont hang up, dont hang up.."
