Read the reviews and found that most of the bad issues with the ammo was from 2+ years ago. Apparently there were a couple bad lots of ammo. The more current reviews show no issues. Looks like a great deal.

Fallacious argument.

No one is making you buy $50 bakelite mags.
I have AK mags that I had paid $2 a piece for (East German, NIW), other' s I paid $15 for. Polymer new production Bulgarian mags with steel front and rear lugs and steel reinfirced lips. Comparable AR mag is Lancer, which runs $12 on sale for basic black.
Where can I buy 10 AR mags for $30?

I have no idea where or if you can get $3 mags, but all I see on that other thread is guys blowing over $80 for a single mag. Another reason I’m looking at Galil Ace in 5.56
