Hey all, since being into firearms, semi auto handguns in specific, I've had a thing for Spanish and Italian made arms. Just curious if anyone else here shares such a love & looking for a couple more currently.

You may not like mine, I don't like normal pictures, I always try to make them artsy and usually fail. Lol

But here they are...

Star Firestars M45 & M43

I also have a F.I.E. Titan and with tax return hoping to add a Beretta JetFire & Astra Cub or Star Starlite.

Nice fire arm. What is the smaller one? And a picture of it.

Oh, that little thing is an SNS. Don't get me wrong it's one of the few guns I've owned that has never failed me in any way, but it wasn't a Latin so I didn't mention it.

It's a Raven MP25 cheap man, can be had under 100.

I gave it to a buddy a while back. Striker fire isn't something I'm into. I'm a manual hammer man only now.

Yes I know what a Raven is, Giving it away was a good thing. LOL

I don't know man, I don't care to argue, but I was very happy with all my SNS guns, and I've had many. Maybe I was just lucky. ;)

...BTB, I've always been a fan of Beretta firearms...fine craftsmanship and ultra reliable. I currently own the following Beretta's:

* Model 21A EL - .22 (purchased 1990)
* Browning: Model BDA - .380 (purchased 1979): Sold as Browning, but sponsored by FN and manufactured in Italy.
* 92FS INOX
*Taurus Model 85 UltraLite - .38: Taurus was originally an Italian manufacturing plant in Brazil and the current owners still use Italian equipment and consultation since passed over to the Brazilians.

I don't own any of the more exotic and/or less know foreign firearms, albeit there is a lot of interplay in the firearms industry....U.S. and other countries, as you know.

Great input here Tar, much appreciated. I didn't know that about Taurus, but I've always been a fan and no matter Italian or Brazilian, I would consider them Latin! ;D

I've been considering heavily picking up a pt709 slim. But I think my next purchase will be of the Beretta 950 and Sig p938. I prefer a manual hammer.

Thanks for stopping by and adding to the thread.

Always really enjoyed my Beretta 3032 Alley Cat. gave it to my son Nate..but carried it for years before getting my LCP, and LC9. I loved the pop-up barrel. Great shooter.

Alright, after much deliberation and hesitation I just bought a Beretta Jetfire 950BS to add to the Latin family! Very excited to get it in! Will update with pics when it comes in!

Thanks MukyWaters, much appreciated! I'm really excited to try it out. It took a lot of trust in the name to pull this proverbial trigger. A gun relying on solely blowback with no extractor scared the bajezus out of me! But it's touted to be the utmost in reliability on the 25 sector, so I decided to take the leap. Well see...

I had one that I carried for years. It was very accurate, never any problems, and you can dump 9 rounds into a target quickly. A well made little gun. I carried it with the hammer down, and flicked it back to begin firing. Keep it clean and lubed. Those tiny ones can easily get sticky. I know you will love yours BTB, good choice!
