1side should turn , most zero turns have 2 transmissions , 1 per rear axl.
I have to ask you did check the hydro fluid?

most have a drive belt for Hydros if both don't work check the belt

Yep, 2 trannies. It was the drive belt. Cannot find a way to check the hydro fluid fom the top. Gonna jack it up, put it on 4 car stands and give it a good look around.
Drive belt was cogged and one of the teeth is broken off. Want to check if anything else is worn.

Under the seat on most is the hydro tank , unless yours have a sealed drives
