I wish you luck w that. Prices are mind boggling, even raw untouched land. Found some a few years back, but sellers wanted to maintain mineral rights, or there were huge easements from power companies. Huge parcels, 100+acres were as low as 5-6k /acre, but smaller parcels ranged from 30-100k per. That was far north as jasper/ellijay.
