Decided to learn using the manual only, took 4 hours but I finally achieved my goal of 3 in a row on the first time. Then watched the right video, 1 trick, first time every time, learning from the book is as much fun as beating off with barbed wire and rubbing alcohol. Gun shoots great, squirrel at abt 40 feet!!( Two handed) now to master one handed!!
Ruger standard (mk1) is the 1st gun I learned to disassemble clean and reassemble.
I was like 9-10 years old.
I never got why that simple design stumps so many.

I'm guessing your VCR growing up always shown 12:00 ?

I might have 2 extra tickets to the Braves game on Sunday, it starts at 2pm. Club level seats, and a parking pass. If anyone is interested LMK. I have offered these tickets to a friend of mine, but he has not gotten back with me. My wife and I will be going, so you'll have to put up with us for 9 innings.

Ha.... my first was a MK I followed by a Ruger P90. Everything else was easy after those 2.
