I remember taking off a rail on a factory BCM. They had used red locktite on the screws. Had to heat the screws and then had to freez the assembled upper to pull the rail off.

What exactly are your symptoms, besides backfiring?

Running hot? Coolant in oil? Missing (sounds like the timing was fixed)?

I'd pop a valve cover open and see how it looks in there. Did it have new spark plugs? Old gas?

No, but you need to make sure that formalities regarding witnesses etc are followed for the will to be valid.
I think it'd be better to find a long-time practicing attorney that specializes in Trusts & Estates to draft a will. I think sometimes they will come out to you if there are health issues and such.
