Dee spiked fever to 101. Waiting for a call back from the PA on duty. Please pray. Do not know what to do with the kids, if she goes to the hospital.

You should look into getting a nanny or baby sitter or two lined up for emergencies.
You're gonna get stuck leaving your kids with one of us jack wagons one day in a pinch if you don't.
And most likely they will be given caffeine and taught to swear.
If they are 4 or older they can clean weapons and work the garden.

When our niece & nephew each had kids, I was the primary babysitter. (Their dad was not much into kids & Suz was limited with her health.) I was always happy to do it & at no charge. One rule---parents have no say in what I teach them to do or say.
