Unfortunately, I have to wait a couple of weeks to go shoot it due to some last minute travel, but I'll be looking forward to my next range visit for sure.

Not sure if I’m reading your question right but you can’t....
AFAIK, a time machine to take you back to 1985 is the only way.
Now that I think about it, you might be able to get a Type 07 FFL & a Class 2 SOT from the ATF & then be a manufacturer with NFA status but I have no clue what that entails or costs.
Nah, not trying to go SOT, but I thought I read somewhere back when the SP5Ks came out that you could pay big money for a sear pack, but I was probably drunk and not remembering correctly.
AFAIK, it would have to have been FA manufactured & owned pre-1986 NFA gun control act or an FFL 07/Class 2 SOT holder to do it now. But I'm certainly no expert in these matters. I'm just an old guy wishing I could get to sleep.
Yup, I don't recall all of the specifics, but I'm pretty certain it was obscenely expensive.
And to your point, my dinner was cold 4 or 5 hours ago, but I've been working on travel for 10 folks going to Chicago this Sunday, but now I may go try to reheat it and get some sleep
