Stock up on anything and everything right now. Gonna be an affect on the supply chain in general. If you live week to week through the grocery stores NOW is the time to be prepared to go without of some things for a few weeks. I don't think it's going to affect everything - but things made in those areas affected by the storms and power shortage.
