Meh, I like what I do (most of the time), so it's not really a "job" ..... (most of the time).I kinda wish i was that good.... but i think i know the price you have to pay.
First real job out of college, i was sales tech support. Then they found out i could do the job. And i was traveling tech support for all the companies big clients. Last month i worked there, November, i was gone 4 weeks of the month.
Yeah, there will be sucky times of the year when I know I'll be out for weeks or a month +, miss some holidays, etc, but luckily my wife was also an airline station mgr and knows the drill, we adjust accordingly, but it's not without its relationship trials & tribulations.
I made certain intentional choices early on, knowing how they would affect my career path, I'm now getting to the point where I am where I want to be after 25yrs .... not saying I'm proud of some decisions, but I am who I am.
